We’re looking for a customer-focused, hands-on Operations Manager to take the reins of day-to-day operational delivery across security, cleaning, waste, and car park management at Princesshay Shopping Centre. Working closely with the Technical Services Manager, you’ll be instrumental in maintaining the high standards the centre is known for – and pushing them even higher.
From managing budgets and compliance to leading contractor relationships and contributing to exciting re-development projects (like the revitalisation of the old Debenhams unit), this is a high-impact role with bags of variety and influence.
