Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to manage the successful and efficient day-to-day operation of the club reception and cleaning teams within the club, ensuring we give our members a fabulous experience every day. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation of the club.
Leading the Reception, Cleaning, and Spa host teams, you will deliver 5-star standards of facilities and a safe, clean environment through an obsessive attention to detail, taking a 'See it, Fix it' approach, completing detailed reviews, and ensuring the safety of members and staff remains our highest priority at all times.
A self-motivated manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service to our members and is willing to work with the General Manager to ensure a safe and premium experience across the entire club. The ideal candidate is eager to learn and make use of all available training and development tools to flourish.
The position requires working shifts according to the business demand, including four weekend shifts per month and at least one late shift per week.
Experience in managing a team in a service-led facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail, sporting, or leisure facility) is highly desirable. Experience of duty management responsibilities is also desirable. Candidates should have experience in financial planning and management, be passionate about customer service, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
