This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful Financial Planning firm, based out of their state-of-the-art office in Surrey.

The business is looking for someone with previous management & operations experience to oversee the Adviser Support (Administration) function, including:

  1. Providing workflow management for the Administrative team members
  2. Conducting strategic monitoring tasks
  3. Troubleshooting across the team
  4. Assisting with process development across the business
  5. Providing training on industry regulatory changes
  6. Keeping staff up to date on compliance
  7. Attending leadership team meetings

Working within a knowledgeable, close-knit team offers a fantastic opportunity for skill development. You will work with high-profile and high-net-worth clients, helping the business offer bespoke financial advice.
