Operations Manager

Driving transformational change across an expanding hi-tech engineering business, you will have the opportunity to shape operational improvements at all levels.

You will explore various improvements across the business, from production to supply chain and beyond. The company is known for innovation and operates with minimal red tape, allowing your good ideas to be implemented quickly.

Based in a new, state-of-the-art design and manufacturing facility, you will identify inefficiencies, streamline processes, and implement strategies to maximize operational output.

As this is a transformational role, you will employ lean change management methodologies across the entire engineering and manufacturing functions.

You will lead a small team and collaborate closely with other senior managers on various improvement projects.

For this role, candidates should have:

1. A degree in an engineering-related field
2. A project management background
3. Experience with hi-tech engineering products throughout the full development lifecycle
