A leading local authority is seeking an experienced Operational Manager to enhance services through collaboration and strategic management. This role involves overseeing Practice Managers and driving quality improvements in social services, requiring significant managerial expertise and a strong background in mental health. The successful candidate will support ongoing projects and engage with various stakeholders, ensuring that needs are met effectively while adhering to budgetary and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will be creative in supporting value for money and providing residents with opportunities for choice and control to meet their needs. The role involves managing Practice Managers to maintain quality practice and drive developments using relevant data and stakeholder consultation. You will lead several ongoing projects, supported by the Head of Service, especially as Health and Social Care transition through government reforms. A strong history of working in mental health within statutory organizations is essential.
