Operations Manager - Complex Care (Remote)
Salary: £50,000 per year plus car allowance

Location: Midlands based

Hours per week: 40 hours over 5 days a week

The Recruitment Crowd are searching for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to lead and innovate a dedicated team of Community Care Leads in the Midlands.

As an Operations Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing a caseload of complex care packages, ensuring the highest standards of care for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensuring excellent levels of service delivery.
  2. Leadership and development of Community Care Lead team.
  3. Performance Management.
  4. Set and achieve KPI’s, conduct performance reviews, and manage team performance.
  5. Ensure operational excellence, overseeing daily operations and key processes.
  6. Financial performance, to align with and exceed budget requirements.
  7. Developing and maintaining long standing relationships, with internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Efficient mobilisation and onboarding of new business, in conjunction with the clinical and wider operational teams.
  9. Collaborative working with clinical, wider operational and business development teams.
  10. Continuous quality improvement, to align with our quality agenda.
The ideal person will have:
  1. A passion for high quality complex care.
  2. An appetite for growth and success.
  3. Proven experience in complex care or homecare management.
  4. Commercially astute, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding financial performance.
  5. A solid understanding of CQC regulations and legislative requirements.
  6. Strong motivational leader, with a proven track record of developing high performing teams.
  7. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
