GKN Aerospace on the Isle of Wight seeks an experienced Operations Team Leader to supervise a manufacturing team and drive Lean improvements. Based at East Cowes, you will report into an Operations Group Leader and ensure safety, quality and delivery targets are met daily.
You will lead by example, coach staff, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and open dialogue while managing a zone budget and coordinating with peers to optimise performance across the area.

We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager (known internally as Operations Team Leader) to join our thriving business here on The Isle of Wight. Based at our East Cowes facilities, and reporting into one of our Operations Group Leaders, the Operations Team Leader will be accountable for the following:
Flexibility is required to cover all shift patterns as required by the business; predominately we are operating on 6am to 2pm and 2pm to 10pm shift, weekly rotation, as well as core shift (8am-4.30pm)
