As Operations Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across different departments.
• Experience in financial planning and management.
• Is passionate about customer service.
