As Operations Manager You Will

• Oversee the Administration and Warehouse departments, ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Increase operational efficiencies and improve processes and procedures to reduce waste and enhance performance.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulatory requirements, maintaining up-to-date legal, quality, and health & safety standards.
• Develop and implement a first-class customer service approach, focusing on tracking, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Motivate and manage the warehouse and administration teams, covering recruitment, performance, training, and development.
• Collaborate with other Departmental Heads on quality and compliance issues, steering the business towards ISO accreditation.
  
  

The Operations Manager You Will Bring

• Degree in Business & Administration or Supply Chain & Logistics or relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proven experience managing operational teams within a warehouse, distribution, logistics, or a similar fast-paced SME environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent planning and organisational abilities, with a hands-on approach to managing daily operations.
• Experience in developing operational strategies aligned with business goals, with a track record of managing change and growth.
