OPERATIONS MANAGER

Job Summary

• Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products & services. Facilitate daily operations between office, clients, and field workers.

General Accountabilities

• Provides input to the development of product strategy and research and development of new and emerging products & services.
• Establishes production and quality control standards.
• Develops budget and cost controls.
• Obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of products ordered for clients and company.
• Provides guidance regarding personnel requirements, material needs, subcontract requirements, and facility and equipment needs.
• Ensures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are met.
• Coordinates activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipment.
• Performs administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations.
• Determines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectives.
• Trains and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Manages large and small accounts & clients.
• Develops profitable and sustainable sales growth of all accounts.
• Develops plans and implements strategy for securing and maintaining accounts.
• Establishes and builds strong working relationships with business leaders and team members.
• Assists & manages day-to-day client communications and relationships.
• Selects and hires potential business personnel.
• Assists & manages overall customer satisfaction.
• Prepares sales proposals.

Job Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree
• Experience: 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
