Job description

Operations Manager – Cricklade Surgery

Hours: 24 hrs Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Salary: £40,000 per annum pro rata

We are looking for an Operations Manager with excellent communication and organisational skills to manage the day-to-day operational aspects of the practice. Ideally, we are looking for a person with some experience in primary care management, but we welcome applicants with transferable skills, particularly in IT and HR.

Cricklade Surgery is a single-handed, dispensing, rural GP practice with a patient list size of 3,400 situated near the town of Swindon. We are a friendly and supportive team with experienced staff in all areas.
