Your new role As an Operations Manager, you will lead the workshop, stores, and installation activities to drive efficiency and success. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing workshop and stores operations, coordinating and scheduling, managing projects from order to installation and handover, and maintaining high housekeeping and safety standards across all operations. You will also manage the onboarding and training of new staff, including probation processes, ensuring a smooth and effective integration into the team.

What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years' experience in production management or scheduling, strong decision-making, leadership, and organisational skills, and the ability to problem-solve, manage time effectively, and drive continuous improvement. A full, clean driving licence is required. Preference may be given to candidates with joinery or construction experience.

You should be a natural communicator and influencer, with a keen understanding of the importance of safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will work Monday to Thursday from 7:30am to 5pm, and Friday from 7:30am to 4pm.
