Operations Manager - KOKI Group UK Ltd

As the Operations Manager, you will be a key member of the Senior Management Team at KOKI Group UK Ltd, the UK distributor of Metabo and HiKOKI power tools. You will be responsible for overseeing the warehouse and service departments, playing a vital role in strategic decision-making to drive organizational growth.

  1. Ensure the effective, efficient, safe, and clean operation of the warehouse and service departments for both brands, directly influencing monthly sales targets.
  2. Manage the warehouse team (five members) and service team (three members), including performance monitoring and development support.
  3. Act as the Health & Safety Officer, maintaining the highest safety standards across the company.
  4. Oversee main contracts related to logistics, waste management, and recycling.
  5. Manage relationships with third-party inventory storage providers.
  6. Maintain inventory record accuracy and ensure compliance with financial IT system requirements.
  7. Require at least three years of experience in a similar role.
  8. Proficient in WMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  9. Possess excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and outsourced partners.
  10. Demonstrate strong commercial and business awareness.
  11. Be self-motivated, capable of decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking.
  12. Adaptable, proactive, and a team player with robust problem-solving skills.

Desirable: Experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus but not essential.
