Our Operations Managers are key to executing our future strategy, overseeing the leadership and profitability of our online operations, food hall, nights, and warehouse. The role involves maintaining high operational standards, fostering a high-performance team culture, and ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for both in-store and online customers. The position requires working a three-week rolling rota, including weekends, evenings, and late nights. As part of the duty management team, you may be responsible for the store's operations independently, requiring confidence and comprehensive oversight skills.
