Passive Fire Safety - Property Services & Commercial

Up to £100,000 + Package

My client is an established construction contractor currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to lead their Fire Safety division across London & South East.

The Role;

In this role, you will work alongside a commercial manager to ensure P&L, budgets, and deadlines are met. You will be responsible for maintaining high service and quality standards, managing cost control, creating CPP & programming of works, and budgeting. Your direct team will include contract managers, supervisors, and office staff. You will report directly to the divisional director, who will support you in making the contracts successful.

The Candidate;

The ideal candidate will have extensive building knowledge and experience managing passive fire safety works (fire door installation & fire stopping works). Experience managing multiple site teams, strategic project planning, and problem-solving in complex situations are essential. A good knowledge of up-to-date legislation and strong organizational skills are also desired.

Ability to foster a strong team environment, achieve targets and goals, and build strong relationships with clients and team members is crucial.
