As Operations Manager, you will be the strategic business leader for the hotel, responsible for delivering strategies, providing exemplary leadership to ensure all targets are met and exceeded, and being a true people’s champion. This role involves every aspect of hotel operation, crucial to the commercial viability and guest satisfaction. The Operations Manager will support the General Manager and deputise in their absence. Bristol Harbour Hotel is an elegant 19th-century property with an impressive façade, located in the heart of Bristol’s historic Corn Street, occupying the former Lloyds and Midland Bank locations. It features 42 bedrooms, a subterranean HarSPA, Harbour Kitchen Restaurant, and a speakeasy-inspired Gold Bar. The hotel offers three flexible meeting and event rooms for up to 400 attendees.
