We're offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to lead a high-profile Private Finance Initiative (PFI) contract across Avon & Somerset. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in PFI contract management, who can confidently navigate the complexities of compliance, lifecycle planning, and stakeholder engagement within a public sector environment. You'll lead a team of up to 20, ensuring operational excellence and contractual performance across three critical sites.
