Operations Manager - KOKI Group UK Ltd

As the Operations Manager, you will be a member of the Senior Management Team involved in the running of KOKI Group UK Ltd, the UK distributor of Metabo and HiKOKI power tools. You will be responsible for the warehouse and service departments, with opportunities to influence key decisions driving organizational growth.

1. Oversee the effective, efficient, safe, and clean operation of the warehouse and service departments for both brands, impacting monthly sales targets.
2. Manage the warehouse team (five members) and service team (three members), including performance monitoring and development support.
3. Serve as the Health & Safety Officer for both companies, maintaining high safety standards.
4. Handle main contracts related to logistics, waste management, and recycling.
5. Manage relationships with third-party inventory storage providers.
6. Ensure inventory records' accuracy and compliance with finance IT system requirements.
7. Possess at least three years of experience in a similar role.
8. Be IT literate, proficient in WMS, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
9. Exhibit excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and outsourced resources.
10. Have strong commercial and business awareness.
11. Be self-motivated with decision-making, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.
12. Demonstrate adaptability, initiative-taking, tenacity, flexibility, and teamwork.
13. Possess robust problem-solving skills.

Desirable but not essential:

• Previous experience with Microsoft Navision.
