• Providing extensive administrative and customer service support in a busy Operations Department
• Answering incoming telephone calls from clients, establishing their requirements and recommending suitable products
• Inputting client orders onto the computer system and tracking progress through to successful delivery
• Liaising with external delivery contractors and arranging deliveries in the UK and overseas
• Conducting research into potential new clients and sending out sales and marketing literature
• Maintaining computerised client database records and updating information held on a daily basis
