We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise the day-to-day operations of our money remittance business. This is a critical leadership role, ideal for someone with a background in financial services, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Transaction Management: Monitor end-to-end remittance transaction flows in real time, ensuring SLAs, regulatory timelines, and operational accuracy are consistently achieved.

· Service Resolution: Lead the resolution of escalated customer service issues, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

· Platform Oversight: Manage the deployment, maintenance, and performance of payment platforms and remittance systems, in collaboration with IT and vendor partners.

· Team Leadership: Supervise and develop operations and customer support teams, fostering a high-performance culture and continuous development.

· Risk & Compliance: Ensure full adherence to UK financial regulations including AML, KYC, GDPR, and other industry-specific requirements.

· Reporting & Controls: Oversee financial and transaction reporting, including reconciliation, audit readiness, and internal controls.

· Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal departments, financial partners, and third-party service providers.

· Business Strategy Support: Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning, process reviews, and operational scalability.

· Process Improvement: Lead process improvement initiatives, embedding quality assurance, cost-efficiency, and service excellence across the operation.
