As an Operations Manager - Complex Care, you will:

  • Ensure excellent levels of service delivery.
  • Lead and develop the Community Care Lead team.
  • Manage performance by setting and achieving KPIs, conducting reviews, and overseeing team performance.
  • Oversee daily operations and key processes to ensure operational excellence.
  • Align financial performance with budget requirements and aim to exceed them.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently mobilise and onboard new business with clinical and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and business development teams.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement in line with the quality agenda.
