Operations Manager – Family-Run Care Provider
Location: Sussex & Surrey
Salary: £70,000 + Bonus + Company Car

My client is a well-established, family-run care provider, you will be overseeing a small group of care homes across Sussex and Surrey. With a commitment to quality, compassion, and community, my client is now seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to help lead their continued growth and ensure excellence across all their services.
About the Role:
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operational performance of our homes, working closely with Home Managers to ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. You’ll be a key driver in their journey of growth and innovation, ensuring that they not only meet but exceed CQC standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee a portfolio of care homes across Sussex and Surrey
Provide leadership, guidance, and support to Home Managers and staff
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, particularly CQC standards
Develop and implement strategies to improve quality, efficiency, and performance
Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to strategic planning
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external partners
About You:
Proven experience in an Operations or Regional Management role within a care environment
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
Confident leader with the ability to drive performance and foster a positive culture
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (Company car provided)
