About The Team:
As an Operations Manager, you will work directly with our Senior Operations Manager and will be responsible for the running of successful shifts to ensure you have a skilled, motivated team so that all of our customers' boxes are packed perfectly each and every time. We look for people who demonstrate a real customer obsession, earn trust quickly and have experience in developing the best talent the industry has to offer.

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD
Shift Pattern: 4 on 3 off, Wednesday - Saturday and Sunday - Wednesday rotating every three months, 6.30am to 6.30pm
