Arecibo are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager for our client, a stunning luxury resort nestled in the heart of the Cairngorms, offering a range of exceptional self-catering properties including large villas, spacious apartments, and charming Scandinavian-style chalets. The resort also boasts a beautiful 9-hole, par 3 golf course, a vibrant restaurant, bar, and lounge, as well as leisure facilities including indoor heated swimming pools, tennis courts, and children's play areas.

Key Responsibilities:

3. Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated team, fostering a collaborative and motivated environment.
4. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all self-catering properties, ensuring attention to detail at all times.
5. Drive operational efficiency while ensuring a premium service offering.
6. Monitor guest feedback and continuously adapt services to enhance the guest journey.
7. Manage the resort's financial performance, maximizing profitability through effective cost control and operational improvements.
