Job summary

Ringway Infrastructure Services in Ashford is seeking an Operations Manager to lead routine and reactive highway operations under the Kent County Council contract. You will oversee delivery, budgets and programs to ensure high performance, safety, and customer satisfaction.

You will represent the Highway Service in meetings with Kent County Council and stakeholders, drive quality improvements, and manage teams and subcontractors to meet contractual targets.

Operations Manager

Ringway Infrastructure Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the delivery of routine and reactive operations across the Kent County Council highways contract.

Business Unit: 5107 - Kent

Location: Ashford

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the development and delivery of routine and reactive works in line with business plans, contractual requirements and safety obligations. You will manage teams, budgets and programmes to achieve high performance, while driving improvements in quality, sustainability and customer satisfaction. The role also represents the Highway Service in meetings with Kent County Council and other stakeholders.
