Job summary

Origin Enterprises in Clitheroe is seeking an Operations Management Assistant to help manage the Quality and Environment systems, support ESG reporting, and assist with PSA-enabled workflows.

You will provide IT support to the Ecology Team, help with logistics and admin, and enjoy a collaborative, flexible hybrid environment across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months relevant experience.
• Experience with ISO Quality and Environment Management Systems, including external audits.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience with PSA or similar company management automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and implement ISO 9000 Quality and ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems.
• Input to ESG reporting.

Established in 2005 Bowland Ecology is a UK wide professional Ecological Practice, employing a large team of highly qualified professional ecologists with a range of specialisms.

The company has a wealth of experience of major projects across a wide range of sectors. We have long standing relationships with a range of clients and are retained on several private and public sector frameworks. We have a proven track record of successfully resolving complex ecological issues on a wide range of projects.

We deliver high quality work and focus on developing our staff and expertise through training, collaboration, research and innovation. We are proud of our CIEEM Registered Practice Status and our ecologists are bound by the Chartered Institute of Ecology and Environmental Management's (CIEEM) code of professional conduct.

The role will include:

• Management and implementation of company ISO 9000 Quality and ISO 14001 Environment Management Systems
• Input to ESG reporting
• Supporting integration with a Professional Services Automation (PSA) software platform
• Providing IT support to the Ecology Team
• Flexibility to support other areas of the business including the logistics and administration teams

Key Requirements:

• Have a minimum 12 months relevant experience
• Have experience of ISO Quality and Environment Management Systems including external audit preparation
• Be highly proficient in using MS Office
• Have excellent interpersonal skills
• Previous experiences of PSA or similar company management automation systems.
