Qualifications

  • Operate refuse cranes and mobile plant.

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday

Location - Portsmouth Energy Recovery Facility, PO3 5QH

What will you be doing?

  • Receive waste and ensure compliance with company procedures by all vehicles / drivers while on site.
  • Operate refuse cranes, mobile plant and equipment
  • Transfer Station & Weighbridge operation
  • Assist in the cost effective, safe and efficient operation of the plant within all operational procedures and also in emergency situations



What are we looking for?



Essential:

  • Similar operational industrial experience - preferably involving a continuous process environment
  • Good working knowledge of Health & Safety
  • Computer literate



Desirable:

  • Ideally some experience in an Engineering role
  • Able to operate, or train to operate a variety of mobile equipment and fixed plant -e.g FLS and FLT licence
