Job Description:

We are looking for an Operations Maintenance Advisor on a 12-month contract based in Leatherhead.

On Offer:

  • IR35 Determination - Highly likely to be outside, so engagement through an LLC is permitted
Responsibilities / Experience:
  • Proven operational track record to OIM / Superintendent / ORA Technical Authority
  • Able to demonstrate a clear track record in positive HSE reinforcement and leadership, both within offshore and onshore environments
  • Background in offshore operations and onshore asset lifecycle, including greenfield and brownfield projects
  • Experience in formation and execution of CMMS systems, and maintenance optimisation
  • Working capability in production loss reporting, and asset lifecycle production planning
  • Practical application of tools such as RAM, FMECA, etc.
  • Experience in both fixed and floating production assets
  • Knowledge of key asset drivers such as safety case, performance standards, class regulations, PFEER, environmental standards
  • Proficiency in FPSO operational drivers such as subsea, DCS (topsides and marine), F&G, ESD, black start, logistics, emissions management
  • Able to apply operational experience to reduce manual interventions in FPSO design templates
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of positively influencing multi-disciplinary teams
