Job summary

Amazon is offering an internship opportunity across multiple field-based UK locations (Scotland) for 3–6 months, with a strong emphasis on data analysis and operational improvements.

You will work closely with managers and frontline associates, delivering high-priority projects, gaining exposure to Fulfillment Centers and Delivery Stations, and learning how managers lead teams to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Highly proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills with ability to identify process improvements.
• Curiosity, proactivity and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-priority projects to a high standard and deliver results.
• Analyze data to identify operational challenges and opportunities.
• Propose and test solutions, collaborating with the team to implement best options.
• Develop communication and teamwork by working with managers, stakeholders and frontline staff.
• Move actively within the building to engage with teams and participate in briefings and discussions.
• Navigate the workspace and move between areas as required.
• Be flexible to work various schedules and shifts, with potential relocation.
