Job summary

Pilgrim's Europe is offering an Operations Leadership Graduate Programme based in the UK with three six-month rotations designed to build knowledge in manufacturing, safety, quality and leadership.

From Day One you are on a permanent contract, with a structured onboarding, ILM development, mentoring and exposure to senior leaders. After completion, roles such as Team Leader or Supervisor may follow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2:2 degree in any discipline or HLA.
• Willingness to complete all three rotations.
• Motivated, resilient and eager to learn.
• Able to work with people and build relationships.
• Hold a UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available).

Responsibilities

• Rotation 1: Learn the operation at Linton pork site; focus on safety, quality and production.
• Rotation 2: Run the line at Attleborough added value site; develop problem-solving and improvement skills.
• Rotation 3: Lead the team at Spalding fresh pork site; prepare for operational leadership roles.
