Job summary

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, invites graduates to join a two-year fast-track programme in operational leadership across depots nationwide. You will gain frontline customer-facing experience, lead improvement projects, and progress into supervisory and management placements with increasing responsibility.

The scheme requires a 2:2 or above and a willingness to travel, with expenses covered.

Qualifications

• 2:2 degree or above within the last two years, ideally in business/management/operations.
• Strong interest in business operations, people management and leadership.
• Passionate about delivering customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
• Confident in building relationships and communicating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support, motivate, and develop colleagues to foster engagement and accountability.
• Develop leadership skills to manage day-to-day operations and maintain high standards.
• Monitor KPIs and identify performance gaps to drive improvements.
• Assist local sales activities and contribute to customer acquisition and retention.
• Champion excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and appropriate stock levels.
• Support vehicle fleet management and compliance for operations.
• Understand costs and budgets to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Gain hands-on experience across the operation to build commercial awareness.
• Promote health, safety, and compliance in the workplace.
