Pulhams Coaches is seeking an enthusiastic and organised Operations Manager to join our team in Bourton-on-the-Water. You will oversee the operational performance across our bus and coach services, working with multiple departments to secure reliable and high-quality service for customers.

Responsibilities include line managing Service Delivery Manager and Senior Allocations Supervisor, acting as Transport Manager on the operator's licence, ensuring compliance, and leading the rollout of new

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Full manual or automatic car licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational performance and efficiency of the business on a daily basis.
• Line manage the Service Delivery Manager and Senior Allocations Supervisor.
• Act as Transport Manager on the Pulhams Coaches Operator’s licence.
• Ensure reliability, punctuality and professionalism in customer service.
• Monitor local operations and support new systems deployment and training.
