Job summary

Ant Kids is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and support the Operations Manager.

You will manage client communications, coordinate agents, and lead team managers and QA managers while driving continuous improvement. This is a full-time, office-based role in the United Kingdom requiring a proactive, detail-oriented leader with strong IT skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure.

• Maintain and update the daily revenue tracker accurately.
