About the role:
As Operations Lead you will have ownership of the full delivery function and be expected to drive operation excellence, maintain a highly profitable department, own strategic resource management and collaborate effectively with both internal and customer teams.
The role will report to the Business Unit Director (BUD) and have a team of direct reports including, Programme Managers Project Managers, Enterprise Architects, Workstream SMEs and the appropriate regulatory and compliance personnel.
