Our client, a highly respected and growing independent professional trustee firm, is seeking an experienced Operations Lead to join their expanding pensions management team. This newly created leadership role offers a rare opportunity to combine strategic influence with hands-on client delivery.

As Operations Lead, you'll drive operational excellence across the pensions management function, ensuring top-tier governance and service standards. Working closely with key clients and reporting directly to the Head of Pensions Management, you'll help shape team strategy, oversee performance, streamline internal processes, and champion continuous improvement.
