Job summary

RED is expanding its London team and seeks an Operations Manager to lead commissioning managers across commercial, residential, pharmaceutical and technology projects. You will own financials, schedules, and client liaison, ensuring commissioning plans are delivered on time.

You will mentor graduates and drive process improvements while working in a collaborative, hybrid environment in London. Strong engineering credentials and communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified or HNC/HND + relevant experience or equivalent.
• Chartered Engineer status or working towards.
• Hold membership to IET/MCIBSE/IMechE.
• Fully conversant with ASHRAE testing levels 1-5.
• Understanding of British and European standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of commissioning managers across multiple sectors.
• Represent the company at meetings with customers and contractors.
• Manage financial reporting and project feasibility studies.
• Ensure project deliverables and commissioning plans are produced and tracked.
• Mentor junior staff and develop commissioning processes.
