Operations Lead - The Wandle Learning Trust
About Us: Wandle Learning Partnership, Battersea (with travel to partner schools as needed). Full time (36 hours per week).
Are you highly organised, solutions-focused and ready to lead the smooth running of a dynamic organisation making a difference in schools? We are recruiting an Operations Lead to coordinate the day-to-day operations of Wandle Learning Partnership, supporting teams to deliver high-quality programmes, events and school improvement work that has real impact for children and young people.
You'll lead on operational HR, systems and processes, working closely with colleagues across our Hubs and wider Trust. This is a brilliant opportunity to take on a role at the heart of a values-driven team, helping ensure everything we do runs smoothly, efficiently and with children's outcomes at its core.
Wandle Learning Partnership is the curriculum and teacher development arm of Wandle Learning Trust. We bring together the work of our Department for Education-designated Hubs (Teaching School Hub, English Hub and Maths Hub) alongside wider programmes that respond to local needs and national priorities. Our mission is to provide evidence-informed teacher and curriculum development, rooted in the needs of our local schools and enriched through national partnerships.
We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expect all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. This post is subject to an enhanced DBS check and a Children's Barred List check.
The Wandle Learning Trust values the diversity of our students and is proud to inspire them through representative teaching and support staff. We aim to select all staff on merit, irrespective of race, sex, disability, age, gender reassignment, sexuality or other protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.
