Job description

What you will do:

Key Objectives:

  1. To ensure a high standard of service is provided at all times to maximize the client experience.
  2. To play a key role in resolving complex client queries.
  3. To manage all client technical support requests through to effective resolution.
  4. To specialize in SEI Wealth Platform functions to provide timely updates and resolutions to client queries.
  5. Become the client-facing subject matter expert for operational processes, technical solutions, and new service offerings.
  6. To participate in PSI/Agile releases related to client-impacting developments.
  7. Ensure daily team responsibilities are completed accurately and promptly.
  8. Participate in metrics, reporting, and capacity planning to support effective MI reporting.
Responsibilities:
  1. Act as liaison between various SIEL departments and the client on critical daily issues.
  2. Ensure timely responses and effective resolution of client queries within established standards.
  3. Escalate issues with potential client impact to appropriate management levels.
  4. Participate in relationship management meetings with clients, in person and via phone.
  5. Travel as required to meet clients.
  6. Build and maintain knowledge of SWP functionality and internal technical solutions.
  7. Participate in SEI initiatives where appropriate.
  8. Continuously seek process improvements and contribute ideas.
What we need from you:
  1. Ideally degree educated (or equivalent) with experience in financial services, preferably in private banking, mutual funds, or investment advisory, with industry knowledge of private banking, asset management, and investment processing.
  2. Good project management, organizational, and PC skills.
  3. Process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with tight deadlines.
  5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
