We’re on the lookout for a proactive Operations & HR Assistant to join our collaborative and hardworking team in the West End. Reporting directly to the Operations & HR Manager, you'll be a vital first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, playing a key role in keeping our office running smoothly and our company culture thriving.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Managing the mainline phones
  • Maintaining and updating internal databases
  • Preparing weekly management reports
  • Raising purchase orders and managing asset logs
  • Liaising with suppliers and troubleshooting day-to-day issues
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Providing ad hoc administrative and team support
