Job summary
Targetjobs UK is offering a Two-year Evolve Graduate Programme in Aldermaston, near Reading, Berkshire. You will rotate across Production, Logistics and Operations, building skills in delivery, planning and continuous improvement.
Starting salary is £31,000 with benefits, and you will develop leadership and technical capabilities through structured learning and on-the-job experience. Start in September 2027 with a clear progression path.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2:2 in an eligible science, mechanical engineering, mathematics, computing, project management, business, economics, finance, analytics, logistics, operations or supply-chain discipline.
Responsibilities
- Rotate across Production, Nuclear Materials Management, Logistics, Operations Planning and Operations Excellence and Readiness.
- Understand the lifecycle from raw materials through to finished products.
- Support manufacturing delivery, resources, supply chains and operational transition.
- Contribute to process improvement, waste reduction, automation and sustainability.
- Work with colleagues from frontline teams through to senior leaders.
