Job description

Rotork is a leading global provider of essential flow control and instrumentation solutions for industries including oil and gas, water, power, and chemical processing. With 3,300 employees in 170 countries, we deliver innovative, high-quality solutions that improve efficiency, reduce emissions, and enhance safety. Backed by over 60 years of expertise, our products are designed for reliable, long-lasting performance. Committed to sustainability, we focus on reducing energy use, water consumption, and waste.

Rotork is a company powered by brilliant people and by joining our Graduate Programme you’ll discover a world of new possibilities and support our commitment to keep the world flowing for future generations. Your programme is tailored so you can truly develop and shape your career in the long term.

During your two-year programme you will rotate around our business, giving you meaningful insight, predominantly within a business function related to your degree, but also gaining experience across the wider business. This includes an international placement, giving you the opportunity to work with colleagues in other parts of our business and see Rotork from a whole new perspective.

Our programme and its rotations will help you to:

  1. Work collaboratively across the business to connect the dots and understand the importance of enterprise thinking.
  2. Take personal ownership and accountability to step forward, make and own decisions relating to business-critical projects.
  3. Be proactive in your role, your work, and in raising your profile across the business to develop yourself and progress your career.

Throughout the programme, you will be fully supported by our Early Careers team, your own mentor, buddy, and ongoing learning and development from our leaders and technical experts.

With your specialism and focus, your rotations could give you exposure to logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, and procurement, as well as other business functions where operational optimisation and Lean focused solutions can help make a real difference. From day one you will be an important member of the team and you will work collaboratively to build your skills, leadership competencies, and your knowledge of Rotork. By building and maintaining internal relationships with key customers and stakeholders, you will have opportunities to genuinely support Rotork’s growth agenda.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Have, or be expecting to achieve a bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related subject.
  • Have a real passion for operations and the part it has to play in our business, with the desire to make a difference.
  • Have a thirst for learning and the ability to be fully flexible to adapt to new opportunities.
  • Be a strong team player, with the ability to network and build collaboration.
  • Be able to piece together data, share knowledge and insights, and connect the dots to see the bigger picture whilst thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Be highly proactive and able to take the initiative.
  • Take ownership and accountability to problem solve and make decisions.
  • Open to relocation during the rotational scheme.
