West Riding Recruitment in Batley is seeking an experienced Operations & Fulfilment Team Leader to run the warehouse and eCommerce operations, ensuring smooth stock flow from donations to retail and online orders.

Responsibilities

• Analyse performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity and service.
• Champion health and safety, ensuring a safe working environment for all.

The Role

As Operations & Fulfilment Team Leader, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the warehouse and fulfilment operation, ensuring stock flows efficiently from donation through to retail stores and online customers.

You'll be responsible for creating an organised, productive and customer-focused environment while supporting your team to achieve outstanding results.

Most importantly, you'll have the ability to motivate people, manage change and keep operations running smoothly.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

• A track record of improving warehouse performance and efficiencies.

• Monday to Thursday: 8:00am - 4:15pm
• Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• 36 hours per week
• 9-Month Fixed-Term Contract
