Position: First Line Manager
Location: Stoke On Trent - ST4 4EX
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: Any 5 out of 7.
Shift Times: Nights, 2200 - 0600.

DHL, award winning leading supply chain business is seeking a First Line Manager - Warehouse to play a vital role coordinating our daily logistics requirements. To succeed in this role, you should have a comprehensive knowledge of supply chain supervisory practices and a demonstrative understanding of warehouse procedures, including storing goods and dispatching orders.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • Managing Performance of Areas within the Business
  • Reviewing Resourcing Levels to meet Business Needs
  • Monitoring KPI's and SLA's
  • Following Company Policies and Procedures
  • Responsible for a Team of up to 25
