Job summary

Lotus Cars Limited is seeking a Financial Controller – Operations to join the Finance team at Hethel, Norfolk. This role provides financial leadership for the manufacturing facility, collaborating with Operations and Group Finance to deliver timely insights, drive efficiency, and support strategic decision-making.

You will develop reporting packs, implement system improvements, and ensure robust financial control across the site.

Qualifications

• Accountancy qualification or significant relevant experience.
• Experience with manufacturing ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts with P&L analysis and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support budgeting and forecasting with Head of Operations Finance and Group Finance.
• Provide clear financial insight to support operational and commercial decision-making.
• Build relationships with operational partners and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, monitor and report on site KPIs.
• Establish and improve accounting systems across sites.
