A UK-based investment firm is looking for a new team member to join their collaborative team. The role involves supporting operations and finance functions, including preparing client invoices and maintaining procedure notes. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of office experience and strong skills in Excel and written communication. This is a full-time permanent role, requiring a minimum of three days in the office each week.

We are looking for a new team member to join our small, collaborative team. Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, you’ll support our operations and finance functions, while also contributing to other key areas of the business including compliance and client service.
This is a broad, hands-on role that offers exposure across the firm. You’ll regularly engage with internal teams, suppliers, third parties and clients to resolve issues and ensure business processes are completed accurately and on schedule.
While the scope is wide, we don’t expect you to have experience in every area from day one. We’re looking for someone with solid core skills who is motivated to grow and have increased ownership.
