Role overview:
As an Operations Executive, you’ll be at the heart of our delivery network, acting as the key link between our logistics partners, customers, and internal teams. From coordinating daily deliveries and tracking shipments to resolving delivery issues and supporting our account managers, your work will directly impact service performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
