Nestlé is the world's largest food & beverage company. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a multi-category operation covering Confectionery, Beverages, Petcare, Cereals, Waters, Food, and Nutrition.

Role Details:

Salary: £25,000

Bonus: 10% Performance Related Bonus

Reporting to: Account Manager / Operations Manager / Controller

Main Purpose of Role:

The Operations Executive role is central to the administrative processes within each account. We are passionate about delivering first-class support to our teams and clients, tailored to meet and exceed their needs. We strive for operational excellence and continuous skill development in line with client and business needs.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Administration & Data Management
  • Daily download of retailer sales data
  • Management of master data in line with standard processes, ensuring accuracy
  • Forward enquiries to the relevant contact
  • Update and maintain attendance logs, contact details, and related spreadsheets
  • Cover reception duties as appropriate
  • Support holiday cover for the Operations team
  • Assist field managers with booking meetings, accommodation, and flights
Technical Support
  • Support script loading in line with client objectives
  • Assist with software issues via Service Now
  • Validate updates to Field Execution Tools through testing
  • Communicate updates and potential impacts to users
Fleet Management
  • Act as main contact for fleet-related queries
  • Maintain driver/vehicle lists in C-track
  • Support booking and management of hire cars
  • Assist with accident reports
  • Liaise with IT for equipment support
Call File Management
  • Maintain accuracy of call files and territory details
  • Support modifications to call files
  • Use Geoplan for territory planning
Reporting
  • Complete basic reports using formulas like VLOOKUP
  • Export and format data from 360 for field management
Account Briefing Support
  • Produce and send account activity briefs
  • Prepare visual aids and training materials
  • Update relevant systems with information
Client Communication
  • Serve as first contact for operational queries
  • Manage client operational requirements
New Business & Client Review
  • Support new projects
  • Assist in building quarterly review presentations and analyze operational data
Financials
  • Handle fuel reconciliation, expenses, deductions, and hire vehicles
  • Manage credit card reconciliations and payroll deadlines
Strategic Direction
  • Contribute to strategic planning
  • Propose improvements to processes
Other Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 field visit and 1 meeting per quarter
  • Adhere to company policies, health & safety, GDPR, and complete mandatory training
