Job Title: Operations Executive – Luxury Travel

Our client is one of the leading luxury tour operators, and the great news is that they are recruiting an operations executive. Roles with our client don’t come available often due to the staff being so happy at the establishment.

You will be joining a team producing all the documents required for holiday makers and ensuring that all aspects of the holidays have been correctly reserved.

Attention to detail and the ability to work calmly under pressure during busy periods are key requirements, ensuring documents are delivered on time.

In this role, you will be responsible for producing invoices, dispatching confirmation documents, checking all items included, and ensuring timely dispatch.

Another part of the role is to check client files to verify that all aspects have been checked and confirmed as correct before tickets are issued and final documents are ordered.

Responsibilities:

  • Producing client/agent invoices
  • Dispatching confirmation documents
  • Checking all items included and dispatching on time
  • Checking client files in an orderly fashion
  • Acquiring knowledge of the company’s products
  • Monitoring the Reservation system to check for missing information
  • Taking payments on bookings and producing invoices for direct clients

Key Skills/Experience Needed:

  • A strong background in Amadeus is required for assisting with client seat and meal requests and ticketing
  • Checking Amadeus queues on a roster basis
  • Learning the duties of other team members to provide holiday and sickness cover
  • Ability to process amendments or cancellations
