JUBEL Ltd. in London seeks a Logistics professional to own daily On Trade orders, invoicing, and day-to-day logistics with 3PL and warehouse teams.
You will drive efficiency and sustainability, manage capacity planning, and nurture relationships with 3PL partners and On Trade customers, ensuring accurate fulfilment and compliant exports.
Reports To: Logistics Manager
Key Internal Relationships: Logistics Manager, Head of Operations, Head of Supply Chain, Operations Executives
Key External Relationships: Warehouse Operatives, 3rd Party Logistics Partner
Order Processing: Receive, review, and process daily On Trade orders, ensuring accuracy and smooth fulfilment of all orders.
Customer Invoicing: Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing of On Trade customers.
Day to Day Logistics: Manage 3rd party logistics partners (3PL) and warehouse teams to ensure first-in-first-out (FIFO) stock management and high levels of on-time in-full (OTIF) order fulfilment.
Excise Duty & Customs Management: Outbound duty management, ensuring Excise Movement and Control System (EMCS) compliance and management of exports.
Logistics Optimisation: Analyse current supply network to identify opportunities for reducing logistics costs (LOGS), shortening delivery lead times, and improving overall service levels.
Sustainability Initiatives: Identify and implement environmental efficiency projects within secondary logistics – consolidating orders, reducing tonne mileage and carbon emissions, and executing alternative fuel delivery options.
Capacity Planning: Assist with planning and managing future capacity needs across warehouse and logistics operations.
Logistics Partners: Build best in class relationships with key 3PL and secondary logistics partners to improve overall network capability.
On Trade Customers: Act as the primary point of contact for all On Trade wholesalers, managing key relationships with stock controllers, warehouse operatives, and commercial teams. Resolve all fulfilment and service matters promptly and professionally, including POD discrepancies, damage claims and ullage reports.
Data Analysis: Analyse customer ordering patterns and logistics trends to deliver actionable insights to internal Operations and Commercial teams to drive continuous operational improve

Qualification: Degree, preferably in relevant area such as engineering or business
