Part of the Palatinate Group, that includes Your Golf Travel & Premier Golf, Destination Golf Services (DGS) is our latest golf travel business. A full-service Destination Management Company, based in St Andrews, delivering first class experiences for International golfers coming to the UK & Ireland.

Our team is the heartbeat of our success; ambitious, passionate, and driven by a love for golf and travel. Now, we're expanding our Operations team in St Andrews, and we're looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to help deliver world-class golf experiences.

The Role

As an Operations Executive, you'll be at the core of our customer experience, ensuring that every golf tour runs smoothly. From creating personalised itineraries to liaising with suppliers, you'll play a crucial role in delivering seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers and suppliers via phone and email
• Checking availability and crafting bespoke itineraries for our clients
• Making and amending reservations while ensuring accurate invoicing
• Providing concierge-level service by booking caddies, restaurants, and other in-resort experiences
• Managing post-booking adjustments and ensuring timely solutions
• Updating our reservation system with pricing, product details, and new imagery

Requirements:

• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in working with MS Office & Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail)
• Basic maths skills to manage pricing and invoices
• A passion for golf and travel (not essential, but definitely a bonus!)
• Experience in customer service or administration is a plus
